Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validation.
• Vendor management experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient with CAD and engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Lead IQ, OQ, and PQ validation of equipment with rotational and temperature controls.
• Serve as project manager between third-party vendors for design and implementation.
• Study time, motion, methods, and speed to establish standard production rates and improve efficiency.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and formulas; ensure quality and reliability standards.
• Review logs and specification sheets to verify QA requirements.
• Assist planning work assignments based on performance, capacity, schedules.
• Prepare charts and diagrams to illustrate workflow, floor layouts, and machine utilisation.
• Observe workers operating equipment to verify QA standards.
• Evaluate data and write reports to validate or identify deviations.
