Job summary

ORAFOL Advanced TPU Films Division in South Deerfield, MA is seeking a Utility Worker to support resin feeding, blending, drying and packaging to keep the extruder running smoothly.

This full-time role offers $23.00 per hour, 401(k) with company match, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, PPE reimbursements, disability, basic life, AD&D, and EAP. Must lift 50 lbs and work 24/5 schedule, with High School diploma and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow set up guidelines for each order.
• Ensure material recipes are followed.
• Conduct resin sample testing.
• Supply and cut packaging supplies.
• Package and palletize finished in accordance specifications.
• Operate forklift as required.
• Comply with all PPE and safety requirements.
