Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of lean manufacturing or six sigma methodology experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule team training sessions.
• Develop, update, and deliver training materials with Management.
• Identify skill gaps and organize targeted training.
• Lead cross-training and rotation programs; recommend training opportunities.
• Track training completion, skills assessments, and progress using KPIs.
• Collaborate with HR and CI on Train-the-Trainer materials for multiple platforms.
• Provide input on training progress for employee reviews (30-60-90 day, annual).
• Audit training and proficiency testing; perform gap analysis and hands‑on demonstrations.
• Support SOPs, SSOPs, and OPLs for current training practices.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to assess conditions and necessary adjustments.
