Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manufacturing Training Coordinator in Jacksonville to coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for site employees, ensure qualification and compliance, and maintain audit-ready records within the LMS.

You will partner with supervisors and subject matter experts to develop, deliver, and assess training materials, driving continuous improvement in training content and delivery methods across the manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Facilitation, presentation, and communication skills are required.
• Experience coordinating or delivering training in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, technical, refresher, and qualification training for manufacturing employees with minimal disruption.
• Manage training plans, curricula, and qualification requirements.
• Administer LMS, track completion, and generate compliance reports.
• Maintain audit-ready training records and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Verify training completion and competency before job assignments.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop training materials and assessments.
• Provide timely reports on training status and trends; support audits and corrective actions.
• Promote continuous improvement by evaluating training effectiveness.
