The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of training in a manufacturing environment, a High School diploma (associates or bachelor’s preferred), strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Windows and company software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience training in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Proficiency with Windows and related software; familiarity with Jabil's software packages.

• Monitors training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
