Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to design and deliver training on industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety. You will lead the Learning Corner, coordinate resources, and drive short-interval management to improve on-the-floor performance.

Join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Trainer and play a key role in building a skilled, safety-focused workforce. You'll design and deliver training programs that enhance employee capabilities and drive operational excellence on the plant floor.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 0 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
