Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the Chandler training line and provide hands-on instruction during new mechanical assemblers’ initial two weeks of training.
• Deliver established on-the-job, special-skill, recurring, onboarding, cross-functional, and classroom training; adjust instruction to trainee needs.
• Establish and communicate training schedules; coordinate with supervisors, leads, and SMEs to identify needs and track completion.
• Explain and demonstrate work instructions, processes, and safety practices clearly and patiently.
• Enter, maintain, retrieve, and reconcile compliance and training records in MyLearning and the training database; maintain training matrices and files.
• Follow up for completed training documentation after employees move to production; assist with audits.
• Contribute to training materials and e-learning content as needs evolve.
• Support hands-on manufacturing activities when possible while maintaining training priorities.
