Job summary

Siemens Energy in Gibsonton, FL is seeking a skilled technician to work with molds and shell systems, ensuring production specifications yield high-quality parts. You will monitor automated systems and maintain documentation while supporting maintenance and cross-training as needed.

Responsibilities include operating an automated shell setup, performing routine maintenance, and following engineering specifications.

Qualifications

• Evidence of completed High school or GED is required.
• Ability to read Engineering instructions.
• Demonstrated mechanical skills.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

• Processes the components or semi-products/products according to engineering specifications and quality standards and continuously performs improvement analysis.
• Operate sandblast cabinet and monitor maintaining good documentation practices.
• Performs basic or specifically defined maintenance operations; collaborates with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
• Use hand tools, including wrenches, Allen wrenches, and screwdrivers.
• Other duties may be assigned, and cross-training as needed.
