Job summary

Additive Drives Inc. is expanding in Denver and seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to help build and scale our production operations. You will assemble mechanical and electromechanical components, set up equipment, perform quality checks, and contribute to 5S/Lean improvements.

The role requires reading drawings in English, strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset. Denver location offers competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Technical vocational training or 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read drawings, assembly instructions, and work instructions in English.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, team-oriented, quality-focused working style.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture mechanical and electromechanical components according to work instructions and technical drawings.
• Set up and operate production equipment and tools.
• Perform inspections, measurements, and quality checks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, process optimization).
• Assist with material handling, inventory, packaging, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Follow all quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Regular weekday schedule with occasional overtime during production ramp-ups.

$28-$34 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Additive Drives is a fast-growing technology company developing high-performance electric motors through innovative manufacturing processes. For our new U.S. location in Denver, we are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to help build and scale our production operations.

• Assemble and manufacture mechanical and electromechanical components according to work instructions and technical drawings
• Set up and operate production equipment and tools
• Perform inspections, measurements, and quality checks
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, process optimization)
• Assist with material handling, inventory, packaging, and shipping
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Follow all quality, safety, and environmental requirements

Additional Experience We Value
