En-Tech Infrastructure LLC in Tappan, NY is seeking a Manufacturing Technician - Laborer to support the Wetout facility, preparing Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) according to the customer's exact specifications. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, with a $1.00 hourly premium for the second shift; first shift begins around 6:00–7:00 AM and second shift around 3:00–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Self-starter attitude and ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of CIPP liner preparation, including staging, loading, and securing for transport.
• Operate wet out conveyors, mixers, and other process equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load wetout tube in totes or trucks according to procedures.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Communicate with team and management regarding safety and quality.

We are currently seeking Manufacturing Technicians - Laborers to join our team in Tappan, NY. As a Manufacturing Technician - Laborer in the Wetout facility, you will be responsible for the preparation of Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) according to the exact specifications agreed upon by the customer.

The starting pay is $23.00 per hour, with a $1.00 hourly premium for the second shift.

• First shift typically starts at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM.
• Second shift typically starts at 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM.

What You'll Do

• All aspects of CIPP liner preparation, including staging, wrapping, loading, and securing for transport.
• Operate wet out or truck conveyors or tugger systems, static mixers, and other process equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load wetout tube in totes or trucks according to procedures.
• Mix chemicals that require wearing a respirator.
• Perform all work according to safety and quality standards and follow environmental procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding safety, quality, or other work-related aspects.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and plant following 5S guidelines.

What We Need From You

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous manufacturing experience (highly preferred).
• Previous experience as a construction laborer or installation technician (highly preferred).
• Self‑starter attitude.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; whole numbers, fractions, decimals).
