Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electronic Technology, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• High School Diploma with vocational/technical certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience with SAP systems.
• Basic knowledge of Vision Systems and PLCs.
• Strong ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Troubleshooting skills for electronic and mechanical components, equipment, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Devise, fabricate, install, test, and repair mechanical equipment and systems within the manufacturing environment.
• Assist engineering teams in developing technical solutions to improve equipment performance and production processes.
• Install, repair, and upgrade mechanical and electromechanical components.
• Fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.
• Perform QA/QC tests and procedures.
• Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

The Manufacturing Technician III plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure production efficiency and product quality. This position collaborates closely with engineering teams to improve processes, resolve technical issues, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements
