Key Responsibilities

  • Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and instructions.
  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repairs. Identify and correct errors.
  • Follow all safety standards, maintain a safe and clean work environment, attend safety training, and report hazards or incidents promptly.
  • Use test fixtures, measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components. Record data and perform software repairs or programming as needed.
  • Inspect parts for defects, perform audits, troubleshoot, and improve processes.

Other Requirements: This physically demanding role involves standing for long periods, working in tight spaces, bending, lifting, working in noisy environments, using hand and power tools, and operating heavy machinery including forklifts. Working in clean rooms may require PPE such as coveralls, gloves, respirators, and face shields.
