Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II for the New Brighton, MN site. You will follow procedures, set up and clean machines, troubleshoot, and document quality entries while cross-training teammates to maintain efficient operations.

You'll operate semi-automated dispensing equipment to apply membranes on ceramic substrates and assemble sensor cassettes in a team environment, adhering to precise SOPs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift.
• Ability to follow written work instructions in English.
• Plus: experience with microscopes.
• Plus: medical device manufacturing environment.
• Plus: Continuous Improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Technician II follows procedures, sets up/cleans machines, troubleshoots, and documents quality entries.
• Reports to Value Stream Supervisor/Manager in Assembly - Sensors Department, on-site in New Brighton, MN.
• Operates semi-automated dispensing machines to dispense membrane layers and assembles sensor cassettes with a team.
