Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to join our Refurb team at the Burnet facility. This role involves disassembling, assembling, and troubleshooting containers in a hazardous chemical environment, following work instructions and SOPs to maintain safety and quality.

You will collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Quality and Safety to hit production goals, adapt to changing conditions, and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with mechanical and/or technical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous experience handling hazardous chemicals strongly preferred.
• Safety and Quality are key in this role. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment which requires astute attention to detail.
• Experience in working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment a plus.
• Dependability with flexibility to work over-time and weekends to support business needs.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications (SAP and PLC experience is a plus).
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 51lbs daily.
• Ability to perform visual checks and handle highly hazardous material responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to attain respirator certification.
