Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane is seeking a Manufacturing Tech II Filling to operate critical processing equipment in controlled areas, following GDP and cGMP to produce safe drug products. You will document operations and support equipment checks.

The weekday nights shift runs Mon-Wed plus Thu for 6pm-6am. Hiring wage is $25.00 per hour with a 10% shift differential; benefits begin on day one, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life, AD&D, and disability, plus opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or packaging experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity required.
• SAP experience is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Learn, understand and follow GMPs and SOPs while performing the tasks relevant to this position.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Accurate documentation of production processes on production records.
• Perform area cleaning of controlled environments.
• Carry out tray-off activities including fill checks and tray transfer.
• Operate bench scales, floor scales, and analytical balances.
• Use hoses and ports for HWFI as cross-training, are also required.

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Tech II Filling will be required to work in controlled areas and follow specific procedures with multiple pieces of equipment in order to produce safe and effective drug products. Technicians will operate critical processing equipment within the facility according to GDP and cGMP requirements. Accurately complete documentation for operations performed. Performance of operational checks, preventive care, and minor adjustments to equipment, as well as cross-training, are also required.

• Read and follow established Standard Operating Procedures
• Accurate documentation of production processes on production records
• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Specialist. Receive any training or education necessary to the performance of an assigned activity
• Perform area cleaning of CNC, ISO8, and Grade C environments
• Perform tray-off activities including fill checks
• Perform tray transfer
• Use of bench scales, floor scales, and analytical balances
• Use of hoses and ports for HWFI as cross-training, are also required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or packaging experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity required.
• SAP experience is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Learn, understand and follow current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standards (GMPs) Operating Procedures while performing the tasks relevant to this position required.

Shift:

Weekday Nights – Monday-Wednesday + E/O Thursday – 6pm-6am
