Summary

The manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled in an efficient manner, meeting customer quality and expectations and on-time delivery specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing product
  • Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators
  • Troubleshoots operator problems successfully, work with leadership on training and process improvements
  • Communicates problems to Engineers and/or leader
  • Assists in the testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes
  • Assists in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
  • Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for the product debug areas
  • Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
  • Complies and follows all company security policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors, exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action, and builds productive internal/external working relationships
  • Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
  • Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments

Qualifications and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience; Ability to effectively train diverse groups; Good analytical skills; Ability to assimilate to a wide range of data and form

Education

2 year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management

Full Time

Compensation Range

$29.12 to $43.68 USD. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
