Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
• 2+ years of machine or mechanic experience as a primary function.
• Good written and oral English communication skills.
• Self-directed with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and qualification of systems on the manufacturing line.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues and implement improvements.
• Identify yield and product performance improvements and report results.
• Provide training to production associates.
• Ensure processes run per the Process Control Plan and respond to alarms.
