Other team members generally work a mix of three 7:00 a.m. shifts and two 8:00 a.m. shifts each week. Schedules are posted on Wednesdays for the following week, and advance requests and time off are accommodated when possible. During the first few weeks, start times are typically 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. until hands-on training begins, with details provided by supervision after orientation. The environment is collaborative and training-focused, offering a long, structured training program, opportunities to build foundational industry skills, and potential for advancement within and beyond the department.
