Job summary

Cambridge Air Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our production line assembling high-quality commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.

This role offers a clean, organized, growth-focused environment and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement on the shop floor. You will assemble HVAC gear with hand and power tools, install insulation, follow standard work instructions, maintain a safe workspace, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safely operate tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working under close supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble HVAC equipment using hand and power tools such as riveters, drills, caulk guns, and bolting equipment.
• Install insulation and other components per build specifications.
• Perform tasks safely and efficiently according to standard work instructions and cycle times.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and a clean work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to proactive safety activities.
• Deliver high-quality, defect-free products.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet production goals.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts, including 5S, RCA, and other tools.
• Support strategic goals and model positive team behaviors.
