Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier in Spokane, WA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician - Filling (D-Shift) to operate in controlled GMP environments, document production steps, and support sterile filling operations. You will follow SOPs and perform equipment checks and cross-training.

This on-site, full-time role begins at $25.00 per hour with a 15% shift differential. Benefits start day one, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life/AD&D, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• SAP experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Learn, understand and follow GMPs and SOPs while performing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Accurate documentation of production processes on production records.
• Receive training and perform assigned activities by Supervisor or Specialist.
• Train on core curriculum including de-casing.
• Perform area cleaning of controlled environments.
• Perform tray-off and fill checks.
• Perform terminal sterilization activities.
• Perform tray transfer.

Job Description:

Manufacturing Tech Filling: Will be required to work in controlled areas and follow specific procedures with multiple pieces of equipment in order to produce safe and effective drug products. Technicians will operate critical processing equipment within the facility according to GDP and cGMP requirements. Accurately complete documentation for operations performed. Performance of operational checks, preventive care, and minor adjustments to equipment, as well as cross-training, are also required.

• Read and follow established Standard Operating Procedures
• Accurate documentation of production processes on production records
• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Specialist. Receive any training or education necessary to the performance of an assigned activity
• Train on department core curriculum including de-casing
• Perform area cleaning of CNC, ISO8, and Grade C environments
• Perform tray-off activities including fill checks
• Perform terminal sterilization activities
• Perform tray transfer
• Use of bench scales, floor scales, and analytical balances
• Use of hoses and ports for HWFI as cross-training, are also required.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• SAP experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Learn, understand and follow current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standards (GMPs) Operating Procedures while performing the tasks relevant to this position.

Preferred:

• Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or packaging experience.

Working Environment:

• Respirator Clearance Required.

Location: Spokane, WA — On Site, Full Time

Shift D: Weekend Nights – Friday-Sunday + E/O Thursday – 6pm-6am
