Job summary

Accelera is seeking a manufacturing technician for a first-shift role in Londonderry, NH. You will calibrate equipment with engineering teams, perform quality testing and rework on parts, and analyze performance data with software to adjust operations in real time.

The position emphasizes following defined protocols, general supervision, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure operational goals are met. A high school diploma with experience or an associate degree is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to interpret and execute detailed instructions.
• Willingness to work first shift on a 3/12 schedule (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and set up equipment in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Perform quality testing and rework on components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Use advanced software to gather and analyze performance data and make real-time adjustments.
• Assist in refining manufacturing procedures and support engineers during experimental testing.
