The successful Manufacturing Technician performs a variety of manufacturing processes such as pre-stacking, kitting, presses, molding, layup, noodles and deflashing associated with the fabrication of aerospace composite materials in connection with production contracts. Operations vary in complexity and difficulty requiring differential compensation based on experience and mastery of techniques and processes. Mastery of progressive skills typically involves cross-training and certification/sign-off from a qualified trainer.
