Flint Group Arden, NC is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Technician for the 3rd shift to join our production team. You will operate a range of manufacturing equipment, perform changeovers, and help ensure safe, high‑quality inks and coatings.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ongoing skills development, with overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. High school diploma and 2+ years in production plus 1+ year machinery experience preferred.

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our production team! In this role, you'll play a key part in creating high-quality printing inks and coatings while ensuring safety and efficiency. You'll operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, follow detailed instructions, and maintain a keen eye for quality.

What You'll Do

• Safety First: Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper use of equipment and protective gear.
• Production Expert: Operate manufacturing equipment, perform changeovers, and make adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Quality Control: Utilize gauges and measurement tools to verify product quality and identify any deviations.
• Team Player: Communicate effectively with your team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adaptability: Be willing to cross-train on different workstations and learn new processes.

What You'll Need

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in a production environment (Required)
  • 1+ year of experience operating machinery (Required)
  • Previous manufacturing and forklift experience is a plus!
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality products.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Schedule:

• 8-hour or 12-hour shifts available (including overnight shifts)
• Overtime opportunities
