Radwell International is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our Engineering team. This hands-on role produces overlays, panels, and machined components for custom products. You will work with digital design, printing tech, laser cutting, and CNC processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role integrates production workflows with quality control, material handling, and equipment maintenance, contributing to high-quality outputs across projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience with digital printing, laser cutting, CNC equipment, or manufacturing machinery is preferred.
• Graphic design/prepress or production background is a plus.

Summary

Radwell International is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our Engineering team. This hands-on production role is responsible for producing overlays, panels, machined components, and other custom products that support our operations and customers. The ideal candidate enjoys working with a combination of digital design, printing technology, laser cutting, CNC equipment, and production processes. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of advanced manufacturing technologies while contributing to the creation of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare overlay artwork and production files using Adobe Illustrator and LightBurn
• Set up and operate UV printing, cutting, and CO2 laser equipment
• Load materials, verify registration, and inspect first articles before beginning production runs
• Create new designs and modify existing designs to meet print, drawing, and customer specifications
• Operate CNC equipment from established programs and setups while maintaining quality and production standards
• Verify proper materials, tooling, and programs are in place before beginning production runs
• Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy, color, registration, and overall quality
• Complete finishing work and prepare products for delivery or further processing
• Maintain production equipment through routine cleaning, lubrication, inspections, and minor maintenance activities
• Maintain inventory of production supplies including substrates, cutting tools, abrasives, fasteners, and printing materials
• Record production quantities, scrap, and run-time information as required
• Follow departmental standard operating procedures, specifications, and drawing requirements
• Identify process issues or discrepancies and communicate them to the Manufacturing Manager
• Work independently to complete production assignments while maintaining quality and productivity standards
• Support additional production and manufacturing projects as assigned

Knowledge And Skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator for production artwork and file preparation
• Working knowledge of LightBurn or similar laser software preferred
• Ability to read and interpret prints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Experience operating CNC equipment from established programs and setups preferred
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees across multiple departments

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience with digital printing, laser cutting, CNC equipment, or manufacturing machinery preferred
• Graphic design, prepress, fabrication, or production experience is a plus
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered

Compensation & Bonus

The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $20.00-$26.00 per hour.

Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

• Eligible for a yearly company performance-based bonus.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time hourly position scheduled Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch break. Employees are expected to maintain reliable attendance and comply with company attendance policies. Additional hours or alternate shifts may occasionally be required to support production demands.

Work Environment

This position operates in a manufacturing and production environment and requires frequent standing, walking, and repetitive hand movements throughout the workday. Employees regularly work with production machinery, UV printing systems, laser equipment, CNC machines, and related manufacturing tools. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required. Safety procedures and quality standards must be followed at all times.
