Job summary

Applicantz, Inc. is seeking a process engineer for a 24-month, on-site role in Tualatin, OR. The candidate will perform tests and experiments in R&D, set up deposition processing equipment, and support line operators and engineering teams with data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with deposition products and metrology, plus background in semiconductor process development. This on-site contract role offers a focused, technical environment in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Early process cleanliness/rec experience in semiconductor or related industry.
• Hands-on experience with PCD/ALD processes and deposition products.
• Experience with metrology tools and related measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical tests and experiments for process engineering in R&D.
• Set up processing equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Monitor, audit, and guide line operators for quality and yield.
• Document test runs with charts/graphs for presentation to engineering teams.
• Provide technical support to process development and engineering personnel.

What You’ll Do

• Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D.
• Performs set up of processing equipment.
• Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
• Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
• Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
