Job summary

Air Products is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for Assembly and Spinning at our St. Louis, MO location. The role focuses on operating continuous process equipment, handling raw materials and preparing batch mixtures, and ensuring safety and quality throughout the production process.

Starting pay is $26.55 per hour with a 2-3-2 12-hour shift schedule. Night shift includes a $1.50/hour differential. The position requires reliability, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs to support a high-standard

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in manufacturing or hands-on roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of SOPs, safety protocols, or quality checks is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow operating instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policy and PPE requirements.
• Operate continuous process equipment for manufacturing hollow fiber membranes.
• Handle raw materials and prepare batch mixtures.
• Measure and monitor all process conditions to ensure product quality.
• Maintain records such as product inspection and process monitoring logs.
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
