Job summary

Ethos Biosciences, a CDMO, is seeking a production/machine operator to support our staining and reagent manufacturing. This role requires cleanroom PPE, precise handling of materials, and accurate documentation of batches to meet product specs.

You will split time between operating production equipment and performing material handling tasks in a GMP environment, with opportunities for overtime and career growth within the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working with chemicals and in a cleanroom/ PPE environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in a cleanroom with full PPE.
• Stains and reagents manufacturing and accurate dispensing.
• Label, document, and stage batches per SOPs and customer specs.
• Perform basic material handling and housekeeping to maintain a safe area.
• Follow SOPs and safety regulations; communicate equipment issues.

This role divides time between operating production machinery/equipment in a cleanroom environment (requiring full PPE gowning) and performing hands-on work in the stains and reagents manufacturing area, supporting the full production cycle.Position StructureApproximately half of each 8-hour shift is spent operating and monitoring production machinery in a cleanroom environment, which requires full PPE gowning (gown, gloves, mask, hair/beard covers, and shoe covers).
