As a Manufacturing Technician within Aflex, you will play a critical role in the fabrication, assembly, and production of highly configurable PTFE hose assemblies used across pharmaceutical, industrial, and food-grade applications. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, technical precision, and the ability to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where product variation, quality standards, and customer requirements are constantly evolving. Unlike standard assembly roles, the Aflex Manufacturing Technician is responsible for interpreting work orders, understanding assembly specifications, verifying materials, executing precision builds, and identifying issues before they impact production or customer delivery. This role requires a high level of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot assembly challenges while maintaining production efficiency and quality.
The successful candidate will contribute directly to product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational success by producing high-quality hose assemblies, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating closely across multiple operational departments.
