Job summary

DivIHN Integration Inc is seeking a technical writer to develop and improve documentation for manufacturing and engineering teams. The focus is on work instructions, standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and job aids.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts and engineers, research technical information from multiple sources, edit for clarity, and manage documentation projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical writing experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• PTC Windchill system experience is a plus.
• Ability to understand technical processes being documented; optics knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills with clarity and conciseness.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Creation: Develop and improve work instructions, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and job aids.
• Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts, engineers, and operations to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Research: Analyze technical information from various sources to meet user needs.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review for clarity, consistency, and adherence to guidelines.
• Basic Project Management: Plan, schedule, and track documentation projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
