The role partners with senior leadership to align initiatives with business goals, drive digital transformation, and deliver reliable, secure solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in IT with leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, and a track record of governance, budgeting, and team development.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; 8+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
• Ability to align technology with business goals and budgets.
