Integer Holdings Corporation is hiring a Manufacturing Team Member I in Brooklyn Park, MN. The role involves assembling components and inspecting parts per prints, using both manual and automated equipment, and documenting results.

You will work on the 2nd shift (4:00pm - 2:30am, Monday-Thursday) with a base wage of $16.66–$24.43 per hour and a 22% shift differential. Comprehensive benefits apply, including 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read in English and follow detailed instructions.
• Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred.
• Previous light assembly experience preferred.

Utilizes both manual and automated machine operation.* Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts with the aid of a microscope and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications. Identifies and escalates quality non-conformances.* Completes required documentation.* May package product for shipment.* Participates in team activity focusing on continuous improvement initiatives.* Expands skill base through on-the-job training, cross training, job rotations, and classroom instruction.* Performs other functions as required. **Education & Experience:*** **Minimum Education:** High school graduate or equivalent.* **Minimum Experience:** Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.**Knowledge & Skills:*** **Special Skills**: Ability to read in English, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
