Athens, TX is where Clayton Homes seeks a Manufacturing Team Member for final finish close-up tasks. You will contribute to production by following standard methods, maintaining safe practices, and supporting team leaders to keep the line efficient and compliant with quality standards.

You will read drawings, work cross-functionally, and adapt to different departments as needed, while upholding a culture of safety and teamwork across our manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings greatly desired.

Responsabilités

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to quality standards while achieving productivity objectives.
• Serve as a good steward of physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting maintenance, keeping areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize manufacturing activities, communicating anticipated material shortages and quality issues.
• Perform other duties assigned.
