Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Cutter Operator for the 1st shift. You will set up and run a label-cutting machine, ensuring quality throughout the process and supporting cross-training across production teams. This full-time role offers a starting wage of $22.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of manufacturing experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new technology while contributing to team goals and safety standards.

Starting Wage: $22.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Typical Day in the Role:

The Cutter Operator is responsible for tasks that include:

• Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications
• Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
• Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed
• Problem solving issues that arise
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree required
• 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
