Job summary

Rotex, a Hillenbrand, Inc. unit located in Cincinnati, is hiring for 1st shift manufacturing team members. The role involves building crates, assembling equipment, and performing packaging tasks using hand and power tools. Expect 6am start times, 8-hour shifts, and overtime with Saturday work as needed.

Basic requirements include a high school diploma or GED and basic mechanical aptitude, with preference for prior manufacturing experience and forklift/PIV familiarity. PPE is required on site.

Qualifications

• Possess basic mechanical aptitude.
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools and/or in an industrial environment.
• Experience following safety policies and procedures.
• Preferred: experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Build custom wooden crates and skids to safely package and prepare industrial equipment for shipment using hand and power tools.
• Assemble equipment in various stages in a manufacturing environment.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and operate with PPE while handling items up to 50 lbs.

We're hiring **1st Shift**Manufacturing Team Members to join us at Rotex! Our manufacturing facility custom builds industrial separation equipment for a wide variety of industries globally.
