Essity North America Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Team Leader to supervise a shift at the Cherokee, AL facility. You will drive production results, uphold safety standards, and guide continuous improvement with strong people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree.
• Five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and rotating shifts.
• Strong coaching skills to develop and guide team members.
• Ability to identify problems and implement solutions, including conflict management.
• Good planning, organizing and prioritizing skills.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge and experience using manufacturing best practices and applied improvement processes.
