Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is a contract development and manufacturing organization with operations in Lexington, KY. We are seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee aseptic production, supervise operators, and ensure adherence to cGMP standards on the night shift.

The role includes reviewing batch records, training new hires, maintaining a clean production area, and coordinating with QA and maintenance to sustain regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in aseptic or other cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead a team.
• Read, interpret, and follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Track record of reliability and attendance.
• OSHA/FDA regulatory awareness is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators by checking processes, setup, troubleshooting and change-overs.
• Maintain housekeeping and orderliness of the manufacturing area at all times.
• Coordinate and provide on-the-job training to new hires.
• Monitor batch production records and documentation entries to ensure timely closure.
• Read, understand, and comply with cGMP and SOPs; ensure regulatory readiness.
