You will prepare and review tax returns, conduct research, and mentor interns while serving diverse clients. This role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and client focus, with a compensation range of $65,000 to $110,000 in California, reflecting experience and geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred (internships may be acceptable).
• Eligible to sit for the CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns with the tax team. Handle routine client tax questions and work with client to collect necessary information for tax return completion and compliance.
• Complete tax-related research and special projects as needed.
• Have the ability to prepare simple tax returns.
• Develop and train team interns to help them build inspired careers.
• Work with many great clients to help them resolve complex issues and get results.
