Job summary

Real is seeking an on-site engineer to provide first-line technical support for manufacturing, system integration, and production testing activities. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level test failures using structured problem-solving methods, and perform root cause analysis with containment actions and CAPAs.

Collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Test, and NPI teams, you will resolve production issues, maintain product quality, and support quality system activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, system integration, or manufacturing support.
• Basic Python or scripting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for manufacturing, system integration, and production testing activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level test failures using structured problem-solving methods.
• Perform root cause analysis, implement containment actions, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Test, and NPI teams to resolve production issues and maintain product quality.
• Support quality system activities, including change controls, nonconformance investigations (NCRs), and documentation compliance.
• Capture and share technical knowledge to improve troubleshooting effectiveness and reduce downtime.
