• Data Collection and evaluation Understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly procedures as it relates to components, subassemblies, and electromechanical systems Ability to interpret engineering drawings, documentation, and troubleshooting guides Experience creating manufacturing methods based on engineering drawings or diagrams Strong communication skills
• previous leadership or mentorship of technicians, assemblers is an advantage
