Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a versatile Business Systems Analyst to bridge business operations with technology across ERP, MES, PLM, and CMMS. You will gather and document requirements, map processes, and support data governance while partnering with stakeholders and implementation partners.

The role emphasizes requirements management, testing coordination, and analytics enablement to drive manufacturing and training operations, data accuracy, and reporting excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of business analysis, systems analysis, or related experience in manufacturing, logistics, or data center environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise software deployments or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience documenting business processes, requirements, and data mappings.
• Knowledge of ERP, MES, PLM, CMMS, LMS is a plus.
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements gathering across operational workstreams.
• Document business, functional, and system requirements across ERP, MES, PLM, CMMS, LMS.
• Support integration efforts and data dependencies across systems.
• Coordinate UAT planning, script development, and defect tracking.
• Develop operational dashboards and KPI reporting with stakeholders.
• Support data governance and master data quality initiatives.
• Provide governance and documentation support for project artifacts.
• Assist with change management and user enablement.
