Lockheed Martin in Denver, CO is seeking a level 3 Manufacturing Support Team Member (ATLS Planner) to join the Rate Acceleration Team. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Programs, and test lab teams to ensure a steady flow of products through the lab and to customers.

This high‑volume environment requires strong planning, analytical, and conflict‑resolution skills. You will build test schedules, lead scheduling and budget meetings, and drive schedule efficiencies

Qualifications

• 2–4 years planning experience in Production Planning/Control, Program, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience using logic-based scheduling tools such as MS Project, OpenPlan, Primavera or similar.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• U.S. citizenship is required to work on location.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and implement test schedules for ATLS labs.
• Lead scheduling and budget meetings with lab stakeholders and engineers.

As a member of the Assembly, Test, and Launch Services (ATLS) group for the Rate Acceleration Team, you will be part of the planning team responsible for collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Programs, and test lab key team members to ensure a steady flow of products through the test lab and delivery to our customers.

This is a high-volume test environment that processes a variety of products per day/week/month. To be effective you should be familiar with planning, have strong analytical problem-solving skills, and have experience with conflict resolution. In this role, you will …

• Maintain standard schedule structure, output, and adherence to the business rhythm

Basic Qualifications

• 2-4 years planning experience in one of the following areas: Production Planning & Control, Program, Operations, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Material Resource Planning
• Experience using logic‑based scheduling tools such as MSProject, OpenPlan, Primavera, or similar
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Due to work location requirements and programs supported, U.S. citizenship is required

Desired Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in one or multiple of the following areas: Production Planning & Control, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Material Resource Planning (MRP)
• Experience with OnePager or Milestones Pro
• Experience working in a high-volume testing environment
• Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as SAP or similar.
• Training / Certifications (e.g. APEX, APICS, Six Sigma Green Belt)
• Demonstrated experience communicating/briefing executive, leaders, and customers
• Experience engaging with cross-functional teams including Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, Process Engineers, Quality, Production Leads, Supply Chain & Program Engineering
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Ability to work independent of direct supervision
• Proven ability to proactively identify and drive change
• Proactive communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
