Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
Hands-on ERP and MRP experience in manufacturing.
Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills.
Working knowledge of inventory control and demand planning.

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels and adjust reorder points to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Coordinate material flow with production planning to meet schedules.
Track supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
Manage freight and shipping costs and carrier relationships.
Maintain supply chain records and reports in the ERP system.
Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce lead times and costs.
Oversee procurement, inventory, and logistics activities across the plant.
