ASML is seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Group Leader to join the Manufacturing Group in Wilton, CT to support 3rd shift Cleanroom Production operations. This person will be responsible for ensuring output of production and processes and assure a smooth transfer to Test/ Certification / Integration Installation and Customer Support Processes.

Role and responsibilities

• Planning: Develop detailed production schedules, monitor progress, solve problems, and communicate deviations.
• Output: Achieve planned production targets, ensure availability of production means, and maintain team knowledge and training.
• Introduction of new products: Acquire knowledge on new products and production methods to support pilot and volume production.
• Support: Organize supporting processes for timely delivery and ramp-up.
• Quality: Maintain product quality through effective processes and training.
• Infrastructure: Ensure proper infrastructure for efficient production.
• Cooperation: Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Management: Staff and lead the team, ensure HR policies, safety, and quality compliance.
• Lean Manufacturing: Implement and promote Lean principles like 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.

Working conditions

• Fast-paced environment embracing new concepts.
• Work in a cellular manufacturing environment with Lean principles.
• Work 3rd shift, 10PM-6:30AM, Sunday-Thursday.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's or Associate’s Degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience with SAP/ERP, production management, quality assurance, and Lean manufacturing.
