Qualifications

• 컴퓨터 시스템 및 제조 기술에 대한 익숙함

Responsibilities

• 생산 직원 팀을 이끌고 안전하고 협력적인 고성과 문화를 조성합니다.
• 일일 생산 활동을 주도하여 안전, 품질, 효율, 납기를 달성합니다.
• 지속적 개선 이니셔티브를 장려하고 직원의 식별/제거를 지원합니다.
• 성과 피드백, 인정, 개발 기회를 통해 팀원을 코칭하고 멘토링합니다.
• 책임감을 강화하고 직원 참여와 성장을 촉진합니다.
• 현장 리더십과 상위 레벨 간의 목표를 정렬합니다.
• 문제 해결 노력을 주도하고 필요 시 EHS/품질 조사를 지원합니다.

Manufacturing Supervisor (First Line Leader: 3rd Shift 9:30pm to 6:0am)

At Qnity Laird Cleveland, our manufacturing team is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an energetic, hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people, building high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading our 3rd shift operations, guiding a team of 5 to 10 production employees while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement remain at the forefront of everything we do. This is more than a supervisory role. It is an opportunity to influence culture, motivate a team, and help shape the future of our operations.

What You'll Do

As a trusted leader on the production floor, you will:

• Inspire and develop a team of production employees, fostering a safe, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
• Lead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery goals.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging employees to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and create better ways of working.
• Coach and mentor team members through performance feedback, recognition, and development opportunities.
• Drive accountability while supporting employee engagement and growth.
• Partner with site leadership to align shift objectives with broader business goals.
• Lead problem-solving efforts and support EHS and Quality investigations when needed.
• Monitor production performance, staffing, and operating costs to ensure optimal results.
• Promote a culture of safety, operational excellence, inclusion, and teamwork.

We'd Love to See:

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Comfort with computer systems and manufacturing technologies
• High School Diploma or equivalent
