Abbott Laboratories in Portland, OR, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for 2nd shift (2:30pm-1:00am) to drive production performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and data-driven problem solving.

You will manage a team of operators and technicians, oversee labor and material flow, ensure quality with standard work, and lead cost-reduction initiatives to improve efficiency and throughput.
