Job summary

JCB is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee assembly operations at our Pooler, GA facility. You will guide a team including four Team Leaders and about fifty Team Members, shaping production schedules and performance metrics.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and cost control, with room for leadership growth in a robust manufacturing environment. Onsite work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Five years of previous manufacturing experience
• Three years in a leadership role
• Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.

• Manage all aspects of Assembly/Manufacturing including planning, organizing, staffing, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Five years of previous manufacturing experience
• Three years in a leadership role
• Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre‑employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related field
• 5 – 7 years of assembly experience in a related industry
• 5 years in a leadership role

• Must be able to work in multiple climates including hot/cold temperatures, and dusty environment.
• Wear PPE as required
