IMI is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Palmer, MA to lead a high-precision, vertically integrated production team focused on laboratory, analytical, and clinical equipment components. You will drive labor balance, capacity planning, and Lean improvements while maintaining ultra-responsive service to OEM clients.
The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a regulated environment, strong SPC/data monitoring skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel.

Within this range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications relative to the job requirements. Base pay information is aligned with market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
