Takeda in Brooklyn Park, MN seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for Upstream/Cell Culture. You will oversee Manufacturing Associates, enforce cGMP compliance and safety practices, and coach staff to maintain a compliant, efficient operation.
You will monitor batch records, support deviations and investigations, and collaborate with QA, Facilities, and Validation to keep the production schedule on track. Strong leadership and GMP expertise are essential.
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the direct oversight of personnel and daily manufacturing activities within an assigned area of a cGMP Biologics manufacturing facility. You will ensure employees perform all tasks in accordance with approved SOPs, maintain compliance with cGMP requirements, and follow established safety practices. The Manufacturing Supervisor also plays a key role in coaching, training, and developing employees to support a highly capable, compliant, and safety-focused manufacturing team.

Base Salary Range: $89,900.00 - $141,240.00
