  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Direct production reporting and monitor key performance metrics including safety, labor, quality, cost, and output
  • Lead by example and maintain a hands-on presence on the plant floor
  • Help support startup activities, process improvements, and plant ramp-up initiatives
  • Manage departmental performance with accountability for production, quality, customer service, labor, and cost objectives

  • Work closely with operations leadership to replicate best practices and build a scalable operation
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
  • Hands-on and comfortable spending time on the plant floor
  • Passionate about building a strong safety culture
  • Curious and mechanically inclined
  • Able to make decisions under pressure
  • Comfortable in a startup environment without having structure handed to them
  • Willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, heavy production environments, or related industries
  • Strong communication and employee development skills
  • Experience supervising hourly employees and setting clear expectations
