Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, have at least two years of accounting experience, and are proficient with Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2+ years accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP).
• Experience with inventory costing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances, providing insights to management.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, verifying accuracy and timeliness.
• Support external audits by preparing requested documentation and explanations.
• Maintain fixed asset records and calculate depreciation.
